If you can not do that for some reason, then hopefully one of our audiophile members will jump in to help guide you in the right direction. My first thoughts are: Have you contacted the "car audio experts" who installed the sub? They should be the ones to correct this issue. It makes you wonder why some MKCs seem to be relatively free of problems (besides those known - heated seats, Sirius radio, etc.) and others seem to be one problem after another. What they changed (assuming with software on laptop) and stopped the conflicting ANC low frequency, but it appears to be sending a constant HIGH FREQUENCY to my eardrums, after 10 min or so if feels like I'm on an ascending airplane and is very uncomfortable
I had a JBL sub installed (mine was backordered for a year also!) and the car audio experts supposedly disabled the ANC to prevent it from conflicting with the audio bass. First of all i REALLY appreciated seeing this forum because I am experiencing something similar and it's maddening.
